Wadi Rum desert, known as the Valley of the Moon. Located 60km east of Aqaba, this dramatic landscape features towering sandstone mountains, granite rocks, and ancient rock drawings. Inhabited by various cultures throughout history, the enduring Bedouin tribes still call this desert home, living in large goat-hair tents amid the stunning terrain. Get ready for a brief yet mesmerizing exploration of Wadi Rum's rich history and breathtaking vistas

The route

Embark on a 60km intermediate-level bike route, perfect for cycling enthusiasts. While the trail remains predominantly flat, it unfolds over the unique flat mud terrain reminiscent of a lunar landscape. Starting from the Wadi Rum village visitor center, a three-kilometer off-road stretch through the mountains awaits. The journey continues to Disah, concluding with a delightful tea break at a local Bedouin camp. After the break, you have the option to either return to Wadi Rum village for an additional 25 kilometers or choose to stay and savor the camp's atmosphere. Get ready for a cycling adventure in the enchanting Wadi Rum
